WMAT Alumni

The aim of the WMAT Alumni is to connect our former students, parents, carers, staff, governors and trustees. We hope that by being a member of the WMAT Alumni, you will be part of a family which will be of value to you as you progress through life. We recognise that our former students can help transform a young persons’ confidence, motivation, and skills.
How can our Alumni support and create opportunities for our school community?
- Alumni can prove to students that ‘someone like me’ can succeed and prosper. You can be part of a network of relatable role models for our pupils and students at WMAT.
- Alumni can provide shadowing opportunities and placements. Work experience is an invaluable opportunity for our students to gain an insight into working life. As part our Alumni you can act as a source of information to help our learners to find out about the world of work as well as recognise their own strengths and help boost confidence in career-related decisions.
- Volunteering – you can choose how and when to help. Sign up to be a mentor or a participant in one of our termly Alumni Days
- Alumni can support their old school by raising money or donating to specific causes.
